Welcome to Coco Architecture, founded by me, Nina Anders in 2012.
Originally from Denmark, I am a RIBA chartered Architect with over 25 years experience of designing and obtaining planning permissions for UK projects.
Prior to starting Coco Architecture, I worked as lead architect for various international Architectural, Construction and real estate companies. This experience has enabled me to build a very international and influential network within the construction industry.
I am passionate about working directly with end users and to help them maximise the space they have and enhance the built environment surrounding them. I have a very holistic approach to design and put great focus on problem-solving, improving customer’s lifelong satisfaction and quality of life.
I put great emphasis on the healing aspects of our built environment and carefully listen to the needs of the end user of the buildings and spaces I create. This is such an important part of how I work with my clients, that I undertook further education and completed a diploma in counselling. This extra qualification has enhanced my analytical abilities and helps me get a deeper understanding of what design solutions are best for my individual clients and their specific needs.
I am committed to live up to the social responsibility I so strongly feel that architects have.
